Prices

The prices listed on page hosted www.eofauna.com exclude VAT. Purchases made by the taxable persons (Companies, institutions, organizations …) residing in the EU and intra NIF endowed, shall be exempt from paying VAT

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT

The applicable prices are those indicated in www.EoFauna.com the order date. EoFauna reserves the right at any time to change prices without notice.

Please note that the prices quoted for shipping, not taxes (tariffs) on imports, which will be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.

The product prices are valid, except for typographic error, while have stock, with no responsibility by EoFauna.com, to the possible lack of any of them.

In these circumstances the customer has two options:
1. – Opt for the refund of the merchandise is not available.

2. – Wait for it to place your order within a reasonable time depending on the time required for its production.

The price of postage is not included in the price and product d them are borne by the buyer.

Orders are sent either by post or parcel post by private agency, which rates may vary depending on the weight and delivery zone.

Cancel or change an order

There is no charge for cancellation of the shipping before sending, being able to cancel by e-mail stating their reasons. Under Spanish law, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of October 28, in Article 43, there is a minimum of thirty days, from Retirement-day in order to pay the amount of the order. However if an operation is performed between the time of order and its cancellation, the customer must cover the cost associated with the expenditure return the product. Until EoFauna check that the product is intact and in resalable condition you will be refunded the amount you paid minus expenditure.

Product Returns

If the customer is not satisfied with your order, has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December.). If the return is due to an error in the preparation of the order, all shipping costs are paid by EoFauna. Otherwise, it will be the customer who will bear these costs. EoFauna ensures the highest quality in all products being shipped, not responsible for any issues that may arise during the process of shipping and handling.

Once you have sent the order, the delivery address can not be changed. In the event there is an error in the delivery address attributable to the customer, it must collect the goods at the corresponding delegation.
If the error in the shipping information is attributable to EoFauna.com, this will bear the cost of re-shipping.

In the unlikely event of returning the goods by the customer prolonged absence without prior justification, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping that this situation could arise.

Product Availability

In EoFauna manufacture products for sale www.EoFauna.com so if there have no stock, the client (you) will be informed in each case with the stimated time to ship your order.

Warranty

All products sold through EoFauna.com are manufactured with quality which guarantees the correct state of the replicas and sculptures.

Applicable law

This contract is governed by the Spanish legislation. The parties agree to resolve any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of this contract to the courts of Donostia, for being the venue of the contract and delivery of services under this contract.
